My journal is full of bitch-rants, groaning on how real life is such a bitch and how she needs to quit kicking my arse, posts regarding my obssession with the Broadway musical/motion picture 1776 and the late actor/singer Ralston Hill, occasional posts regarding plotbunnies bouncing about in my head and my love of gay boys from every era, posts juiced with references to slash pairings that should never be, posts screaming with how my Hubby needs to get a hobby which leads to him not being home all the time, posts pleading for more "Me" time. Did I mention my obssession with Ralston Hill? Oh, yes...I did. I began this journal as halls_mistress. It seemed appropriate at the time. Slowly, but surely, it just didn't work for me. So...I became lover_of_1776. Now, I'm having doubts about that username. Blarg! Will I ever be happy? Not likely. My interests are many. And, yes...some are rather disgusting. But...not to me. One paramount is history. American history. 17th and 18th century American history. I love that time!!! And I love da slash. Well, if any of that excites you...by all means, friend me.
